I am sorry but if I am not wrong the cap joint should be welded to the tank: we sell this as a separate product for those who need to build their own tank and we also use it to build our fiberglass tanks cliquez ici pour voir le lien.
On my Pantah tank is an old, rusty cap. How can i loosen this to fit a new one? Grazie

Here it is the link to the fuel cap for Ducati Pantah cliquez ici pour voir le lien: as you can see on the last picture of the product -where you see the lower part of the fuel cap- there is a spring that hold in place the tilting bracket that fix the cap to the joint on the tank. If you open the spring also with a screw driver or whatever flat then you are free to remove the cap.
Dovrei installare il tappo suGuzzi V65 Florida. Ho notato che gli attacchi sul serbatoio finiscono con due piccole forcelle a forma di "C" senza la presenza di alcun asse tra loro dove poter agganciare il nuovo tappo. Occorrono altri accessori?

Si, se intende saldare il raccordo al serbatoio benzina, sicuramente si può fare.

Se il tappo originale del suo serbatoio è uno di questi due, allora si: cliquez ici pour voir le lien oppure la versione con chiave di chiusura cliquez ici pour voir le lien. Il raccordo chiaramente è saldato al serbatoio benzina.
Salve, volevo sapere come si fissa l'attacco al serbatoio, nel senso, non lo monto su uno di quelli compatibili descritti, e vorrei sapere come va montato, se ha viti, o è saldato ecc,

Se il serbatoio su cui andrà a montarlo è in ferro dovrà saldarlo, se invece è in fibra dovrà resinarlo.
