Réservoir d'essence adapté à différents modèles de motos anciennes: léger et solide, en fibre de verre et recouvert d'une couche de gelcoat à peindre. Idéal pour restaurer de vieilles motos anciennes ou pour créer des modèles spéciaux de type sportif. Chaque réservoir peut être commandé avec la bande transparente de contrôle du niveau d'essence moyennant un supplément de 10%: téléchargez le fichier pour voir un exemple. Tous les produits en fibre de verre peuvent être commandés avec la coloration Metal Flake à un prix double: téléchargez le fichier pour voir un exemple. Nous recommandons de rincer le réservoir avec de l'essence avant de l'utiliser. Tous nos réservoirs d'essence en fibre de verre sont testés pour l'étanchéité avec l'essence commerciale courante. Pour installer le nouveau réservoir en fibre de verre, il est presque toujours nécessaire de modifier également d'autres parties de la moto telles que la selle, le feu arrière, le garde-boue et le support de plaque d'immatriculation. L'installation de réservoirs en fibre de verre nécessite l'utilisation de tampons en caoutchouc pour absorber les vibrations et protéger le cadre des chocs et des rayures. Presque tous les réservoirs sont équipés à l'avant et à l'arrière de deux cliquets d'ancrage enrobés de résine auxquels peuvent être fixés les tirants élastiques: certains modèles sont équipés des mêmes raccords que le réservoir d'origine.

If I am not wrong we personally have tried this fuel tank on R 45 and R 65 but I do not know the exact model years; then we have been selling it to several cliente since 2016 and we never had bad feedbacks regarding the fitment even if I am sure that some clients had to modify some parts of the stock electrical system. Transparent bands are no problem and are usually on both sides; you can just add a note in the "order note" field since there is no price difference.
Hey there, does the tank tunnel fit the r80 g/s tube with its electrical installation under the original tank? Cannot tell from the pictures and I’m curious as you say it fits the G/S. Thank you.

On the frames we have been tested tis fuel tank no modifications were required but we have been told that on some frames the ignition coil must be replaced and wiring rerouted; if I am not wrong only on those with 2 single cable 6V ignition coils.
Ciao, ritorno sul tema nottolini per il fissaggio serbatoio (...ieri mi è arrivato); vero, si possono svitare, MA rimangono i pezzi con la filettatura che escono dal serbatoio, vorrei togliere anche quelli altrimenti la sella non ci sta. come fare?

Per rimuovere i perni filettati dei nottolini di fissaggio dell'elastico al telaio è necessario tagliarli o molarli.
Buongiorno, ho una BMW R65 LS 1983 (a cui ho montato un telaietto posteriore con sella di Sp.Ev.); in foto, lato sella, si vedono due ganci, cosa sono/a cosa servano? li posso togliere? mi potete consigliare una coppia di rubinetti? ...ne avete tanti

I ganci serbatoio ai quali fa riferimento sono nottolini previsti per il fissaggio al telaio con elastici, si possono svitare tranquillamente. E' adatto per la sua BMW R 65 LS 1983. Per i rubinetti ne puo' scegliere 2 universali M10x1: cliquez ici pour voir le lien cliquez ici pour voir le lien

Yes, I confirm that this fuel tank also fit your BMW R 65 LS: usually no modifications are required but on some frames it is better to change the position of the ignition coil -if I am not wrong only on those with 2 single cable 6V ignition coils. Sice a lot of original BMW fuel cock are worn and in bad conditions, we decided to use some universal M10 joints compatible with these cocks cliquez ici pour voir le lien: these fuel cocks are easy to find and convenient to replace. If you want to raplace also the cockpit and you plan to install aftermarket gauga that can read the fuel reserve then you could just ask in the order note field to install M16 connections in order to use this fuel cock cliquez ici pour voir le lien

Salve , sono interessato al serbatoio, Chiedevo se i rubinetti sono compresi?, se no si possono avere con attachi per rubinetti 16x1 , i tiranti in gomma per il fissaggio li avete voi?

I raccordi standard con cui viene prodotto questo serbatoio sono M10x1 e questi sono i rubinetti compatibili che abbiamo a catalogo cliquez ici pour voir le lien. Se lo volesse ricevere con dei raccordi M16x1 è comunque possibile: basterà specificarlo nel campo Note Ordine. Le allego il link ai diversi tiranti elastici per il fissaggio al telaio cliquez ici pour voir le lien. Solitamente si utilizzano anche uno o due tamponi sulla parte posteriore lato sella cliquez ici pour voir le lien
