Honologation stamp on the lens E11 or E3 or whatever it will be, does not make any difference: the number only indicates the European Country where the producer made the certification process. This is why it could vary according to the production batch. Also, the producer does not release any paper for tail lights because the laws does not requires: except for the exhaust components, for light, morrors and "universal" accessories the European law only requires the mark on the product body.
